Our Experience
What Sets Us Apart?
Proven Statistics
The average number of “Days on Market” for our listings is 21 compared to 34 for the total MLS. Our listings sell at an average of 103% of the Listing Price versus the Board average of 102%. Seventy-five percent of our business is referral-based from both clients and agents. We have closed over 70 million dollars in residential real estate.
Market Knowledge
We have lived in the area (Berkeley, Oakland, Piedmont, Albany, Kensington and El Cerrito) since 1976, thus we have accumulated an immense amount of knowledge about schools, recreation, the various modes of transportation, cultural activities and shopping to help our clients. Our children have attended both public and private schools in the area. We carefully study our neighborhood communities and the changing market conditions to wisely counsel our clients regarding strategic marketing and pricing. We know property values intimately.
Negotiating Skills
Our negotiating skills are built upon years of experience and a contagious desire to have a “win-win” situation. The most important part of service to our clients is to fully educate them in the buying and selling process. We want our clients to have the most complete portrait possible of their property, so they are ready, willing and able to buy and sell.
